The consumer has the right to replace or return the product or item he purchased within 14 days if it does not conform to the specifications (the product in its original condition).
Exceptions to this rule where the consumer cannot exchange or return a product include :
1. The consumer has the right to replace or return the product or item he purchased within 14 days if it does not conform to the specifications, provided that the product is in its original condition, completely unused.
2. The consumer has the right to replace or return the product or item he purchased within 30 days if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to specifications.
Refund Terms:
In case of a return approval, the order value will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method as the original purchase. However, the customer will bear a 2.7% bank fee for electronic payment service providers. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
